Training Schedule
|
I train 6 days a week, yo ned to have one day rest at least i reckon. I concentrate on 2 muscle groups a day, giving them a rest on the opposite day.

Cardio Workout
|
At least 35 - 45 min each session. I do that probably 4 days per week.

pec dec, flys, cross over flys, decline press

Crunches, reverse crunches

Lunges 4x20, leg extensions 4x10-20
