Privacy Policy (street terminology)
We all know what it is like to visit sites and some how they’ve gotten hold of your email address, then the countless amount of crap begins, e.g., emails, spam, chain letters and those stupid ‘if you don’t email this to 20 friends right now, your right testicle will fall off within the next 2 hours and your car wheels will explode just before your cat gets killed caught in the mangle’.
HAARD Bodyware does not agree with that type of marketing, we don’t have solutions to help you grow a 15” penis nor to increase your libido to repopulate the planet after the holocaust so you won’t be getting those emails from us either ha-ha
Your details are safe with us, we will never give your personal details to anyone unless it is demanded from the relevant authorities, i.e. the police, law courts or their representatives when they come bashing down our doors.
Our web site does monitor visitor traffic we aren’t hiding that fact. The information that we collect are the date, time of day and the most popular pages that are visited. We do not capture our visitors e-mail addresses; we’re not that intelligent sorry. The information that we gather is used solely for our own use to improve our business so that in the end you, the customer, has a warmer and pleasant experience when shopping with us …. aint that sweet …
If you send us your feedback or email our customer service your email address is automatically included in the message header, but that happens no matter where you send emails. This address will be used to reply to your message if required. We don’t no disclose or sell your email address to any third party, but we’ve already said that now haven’t’ we!!! When you place an order with we require your name delivery address, telephone number and also email address otherwise how else are we going to know where to send it to eh???? All customer information is treated confidentially, but eh we’ve said that already haven’t we!!
For the umpteen dozen time, we do not exchange, lease or sell your name or email address information to any of those mongrels out there to use as spam. Unless you have indicated to us you wish to receive regular emails and updates on what’s happening.
Credit card changes will appear on your statement as HAARD Bodyware
For the purposes of the Privacy Policy Statement, “personal information” means any information by which you can be personally identified, and include your name, your address, your telephone contact numbers, your email address’s and so forth. Birth marks, extra appendages, tribal markings or the fact that you may be from another planet and other physical characteristics will also be kept in the strictest of confidence and we won’t tell anyone, not even your mums.

What information we gather automatically from visitors.
Our web site does monitor visitor traffic; we receive and store certain types of information whenever a person interacts with our store, i.e. the date, the time of day and the host domain. How else are we going to know what countries our visitors are coming from, how long they stay for and what pages or products are most popular? We cannot find out information that can identify you personally nor personally reveal to us anything about you or what is on your computer. So, we will never know about all those naught pictures you have acquired. We do not capture our visitors email addresses; the information that we gather is used solely to improve our site for the benefit of you the customer.
The types of information that we gather are:
- Info you give us: as in we receive and store any information you enter on our web store or send us by email. We use this information for such purposes as responding to your requests and improving the HAARD Bodyware shop.
- Automatic Info: We receive and store certain types of information whenever a person interacts with our store i.e. the date, time of day and the host domain. We don NOT capture our visitors email address

Cookies
A ‘cookie’ is a very small text file placed only your hard drive by a Web Page Server. It serves as your personal id card and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is your ‘cookie’ exclusively and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. A cookie’s main objective is to identify users and create a personalised experience for you when you visit that site again e.g. next time you visit a site a message pops up saying “hello ‘Fred’, welcome back” Usually it scares the crap out of you cause ‘cause you wonder how the hell they now you! So a cookie can’t tell us what colour hair you have or when you last ate lobster nor can it tell us how many naked models you have hidden away in a folder somewhere on your computer. When you leave the site it could give you the most annoying phrase in existence which would have to be ‘have a nice day ‘ aarrrgggghhhhhh thanks to Uncle Sam ….. NOT

When you use our site and depending on; what you buy or submit to us you will be asked for various information We gather contact information (for obvious reasons if you buy something from us), demographic information, like your age, city etc, and info about your physical characteristics (like your body type, the scenes you are into and son on with regard to the model section). We will never share, rent or sell any contact information regarding your physical characteristics or sexual preferences to anyone.

We may share some demographic information for our own research purposes with our professional advisors, consultants or marketing gurus, however the information shared will be limited to non-personally identifying information shared under cover of a confidentiality agreement. In order to provide the styles of clothing we think you want and to increase our store to better support our customers we need to do the research to find out who is shopping, for how long, where they are from, what sex they are and the scenes they may be in to and so on and so forth etcetera, blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda.

Packaging
All our orders are discreetly shipped in Australia Post packaging unless you particularly request securely bolted iron sea chests or feather and diamante encrusted satchels but we won’t go there until your therapist has written to us with their approval.

From time to time HAARD Bodyware may conduct the odd survey for our own marketing uses, or a contest to reward our frequent customers. Participation in these is completely at your discretion, so you do have a choice to participate and submit the information or to tell us to piss off and mind our own business.
