What are my options for placing an order ?
There are a number of ways of getting HAARD as I'm sure you've worked out by now.
- Select the various items from the categories you like and just add them to your shopping trolley.
- Should you prefer to manually contact us print off a fax order form, and fill it out.
- Mail it to us
- Fax it to us
- Phone us with your credit card ready
- Payment can be made via Paypal if you prefer
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Well provided that you don't live in the deepest, darkest parts of the Amazon rain forest where our office boy has to battle raging rivers, tigers, dense thick jungles and then provided that he doesn't get side tracked with the sex starved Amazonian women, it shouldn't be long at all. Our orders are processed and shipped out within 72 hours of receiving them.

I did not receive my complete order, what does that mean?
Our shopping system should detect if stocks are running low and won't allow you to buy items that aren't in stock. Should you slip through our system and after having ordered a number of items, (we love those customers), and you haven't received all of them, then that just means we were out of stock of those items at the time of your order. You should have received an email notification letting you know what's going on, in the mean time, our machinists will be hard at it ...... sewing that is ... so as soon as they're completed we'll send them off without any further delays, additional freight or shipping charges to you.

Can I track my orders?
Our blood hounds are the best sniffer/trackers there are.
For EMS Express International orders you will have received an EMS number that we sent to you. Use the following link to track your order and find out where in this world of calamity your parcel is.

For local Express post, you would have also received a number that can be used by Australia Post to follow up on the where abouts. Trust me I've had to do it myself on an 'overnight' delivery that took 3 days !

Is gift wrapping available?
If you want it gift wrapped we could do that for you yes but it is rather difficult to know your taste in wrapping, bows, ribbons, confetti, band music or how many smoking jets you want flying over writing your name in the clouds etc. Stripper deliveries are not available yet either, but hey it's not a bad idea!
Note: This will be a service offered in the not to distant future (gift wrapping not the stripper), for the moment though it is stock standard, plain Australia Post wrapper style.

Payment Information
What are my payment options?
Sorry but we do not accept livestock as payments or any other form of bartering so this isn't an opportunity for you to get rid of your wife or your mother-inlaw for that matter. You can pay for your orders using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club or Paypal. Please DO NOT send cash, if you are posting us your order then you may choose to pay by money order or cheque, bear in mind though, your orders will not be shipped until the cheque has been cleared by the banks and that may take a loooong time.
Have you a PayPal account? If so that is a great way of sending or paying for things. Just go into your PayPal account and select the transfer money tab. Then enter in the email address of haard@tpg.com and we will receive notification that a payment has been made. Make sure you enter in the details of your purchase etc., so we know who it is from and what for.

Absolutely! It is a question that everyone is always worried about because we've all heard the horror stories out there. When entering your information always look for the padlock at the bottom of the screen. This tells you that you are using a secure server.

Does HAARD bodywear accept personal cheques?
The thought of you being unable to experience the amazing feel and quality of getting anything HAARD is unbearable so yes we do accept personal cheques. Cheques are always something that people wince at, here we don't wince, or mince for that matter, we'll grin and bare it, however your order will not be sent off until your cheque has been cleared by the money hungry banks, which could take around 7 days from the day of banking. Bit rough eh so we strongly recommend that you DON'T pay by cheque!

Return Policy
What is the HAARD return policy?
We don't expect anyone to return anything as our garments are the best in the world! However, we understand that there are times when you get something and you're not happy with it for some reason, maybe you are having a bad hair day? In any case, should this happen to you we are as happy as Larry to replace them. This isn't a time for you to try and swap your old clothing either.
NOTE: For obvious reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept items back once they have been worn. International and federal laws prohibit the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons. Plus there are some kinky people out there doing some weird kinky stuff in those jocks so no way are we taking them back !!!!! .... eeewwww !
How can I return or exchange items?
You will find a return/exchange slip with your packaging. Return the items you are unhappy with within 14 days. That's 14 guys, 14 you know, as in the legal age for a few American states, (sad eh).
Use a prepaid and traceable method to send your items back to us, this will make sure that we get your returned item. By using a traceable service it will make sure that in the unlikely event of it getting lost then YOU have a way of sending out your own blood hounds to track and find it.
The item should be in its original packaging and condition with all tags still connected then send your return or exchange to the following address:

Sorry guys but that would be you. You're up for the return postage fees and your credit card will be credited within 10 working days.
Note: The value credited to your credit card will be in Australian Dollars. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

How can I get a printed catalogue?
In order to keep costs as low as possible at this stage we do not have a catalogue, but we are working at it.
If you have any suggestions as to how the format should be or what you would like to see in the catalogues then feel free to e-mail us. As soon as we make enough money to pay for those pretentious and moody models and get our shit together, we'll bring out a catalogue and send it to those of you that have already purchased goods for an updated look at our collections.

I would like to sell HAARD Bodyware stock in my shop – is this possible?
We get many queries about going into retail, but at this moment we are concentrating on controlling the growth of our catalogue and website to give you the continued service and quality you would expect from HAARD Bodyware. However at some stage we will venture into stores, so if you are interested in stocking the HAARD Bodyware range please leave your details and you will be the first to know when we do this.
We envisage in the future, shop owners will be able to log in with a secure password and be able to access wholesale prices for those of you that are internationally or locally based.

Freight and Shipping
Your orders are shipped in tough bags, boxes, tea chests, armour plated nuclear fused safes or if you really love our stuff and order shit loads of them then you'll get them in fancy shipping containers complete with dancing girls .... or boys, streamers and confetti. Yahoo!
Hmmmm, actually it is plain Australia Post tough bags all the way whether they are being sent locally within Australia or Internationally.

Credit Card Security
As our site isn't as yet able to process on-line credit cards in real time, thie following information is just some general info on the use of credit cards over the net and the process they go through.
Credit card transactions are handled by third-party banking called a'gateway'. When you enter in your credit card details and then submit them, those card details are sent to the gateway which encrypts it and sends it to the bank. The bank confirms to the gateway that you have sufficient funds and the purchase then goes ahead. Details of credit cards are not sent to the web site, all they usually get is the order and all the information relating to that order along with a statement that your purchase has been successful.
Always look for the yellow Padlock at the bottom of your page, it's a sure sign that the information you are filling will be encrypted and will only be seen by the intended receipient which most internet shop cases is their gateway.
